In this paper, we propose a framework to implement fault-tolerant and reconfigurable distributed control approach in programmable logic controller (PLC) for manufacturing systems (MS). The reconfiguration methodology adopted paper is based on supervisory theory (SCT), it triggered following sensor fault detection. lost information about these sensors replaced by timed allowing the MS continue its operations. switch from normal behavior degraded when appears ensured rules. main objective of our obtained into PLC. To meet objective, controllers two operating modes as well rules are interpreted different Grafcet models. implementation models verified checker-model technique before being tested digital twin validated real MS.
